2. Payment & Subscriptions

• Payments are made monthly or annually via credit card, depending on the selected plan.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the “My Account” page before the next billing cycle.

• Future charges may include additional services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

• No refunds are provided for active periods or setup fees.

• D.Y.O reserves the right to cancel access after prior notice if terms are violated.

4. Usage Restrictions

• The platform is provided “as is.” Occasional technical issues may occur.

• Access is personal. Sharing, copying, or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is fully responsible for all uploaded content, including copyright and privacy compliance.

• The client is responsible for backing up their data before account closure or cancellation.

• Support is provided to the client, not their end users.

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content and services are the intellectual property of D.Y.O unless otherwise stated.

• Content uploaded by the client remains fully theirs.

• The license granted is for access only, not ownership.

7. Data Security & Access

• We strive to secure your data but cannot guarantee full protection.

• Clients are responsible for protecting their login credentials and reporting suspicious activity.

8. Platform Updates & Availability

• D.Y.O may update or change features at any time.

• Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues.

• We are not responsible for third-party integrations (Apple, Google, Mailchimp, etc.).

9. Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Israeli law.

• The sole jurisdiction for any dispute is the court of Haifa, Israel.
